DESCRIPTION UPDATE:

1.Please read the readmes (one for the WB skins and the other for Styler's toolbar) inside the rar file.
2.To change the user pic just click above the "Quick" word of the "Quick Access" phrase on the top of the start menu panel.
*3.About "maximized titlebars not being dark (or different for that matter)":

Unfortunately it would be impossible to use any other image for maximized titlebars unless you want to deal with big titlebars in little windows inside other programs (ie. the unmaximized windows of files you are working on in Photoshop, etc..).


*4.About my very Vista-like titlebar appearing on every application (not just the windows of windows explorer) [Thanks to PatrickEaves for reminding us this]:

A good option that would work on EVERY application you'd like, INCLUDING TASK MANAGER OF COURSE, would be to go to the WindowBlinds configuration:
-click "Per Application"
-click "Add per application setting"
-select application
-click on "Select skin..."
-select another vista-like skin you like

Keep in mind you would lose my very Vista-like titlebar on that application even if it is not maximized


* NOTE: For indications 3 and 4:
Believe me (I’ve used this skin for some time now) and can honestly tell you that after a short while you get totally used to and even start to like the very vista-like titlebar to appear on every maximized or unmaximized window. Doesn't matter if it's notepad, paint, or whatever application you are running, they start to look better and better

"Wait! look right there at the top-left corner of the page! It's the little orange monitor, it means this time it IS downloadable! I knew it!, I always believed in him!!"

Unbelievers (90% of the crowd):
"meh.. It looks alright and it is downloadable.. so what? it's not like we are any less cooler or respectable just because we disparaged him every single time we could"

Announcer:
"Very true harshful fellows.. and you shouldn't apologize in any way either. In fact you are a lot cooler now that your accusations proved to be totally precipitated and awfully chidlish"

Scion2142 (the one-skin-hit wonder Mr. NebulaBoy):
"Wait everybody, pls wait...! Look here..! Look back at me, PLEASE!! I'm the only one who can make worthful skins (Nebula anyone? or... or... or... ok JUST Nebula). Pay attention to me...! please! I SO need it...! Please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! "

Anyway, the important thing is that it's finally completed! I know it has some minor bugs which unfortunately can't be corrected.
Any unobvious perhaps correctable bug you may find please feel free to tell me.
